Some potentially depressing stats knocking around in the news feed at the moment…

Statistically this weekend is when people are most likely to break their resolutions…

This coming Monday is also statistically the most depressing day of the year…

BUT I’m here to say don’t throw in the towel.

Don’t be a sheep, be a wolf and carve your own path.

You see, however you’re feeling about your perceived lack of progress with your resolutions, I bet you’re farther ahead than you were.

Small results are still results, you’re still ahead of where you were. So imagine if you keep going, even for one more week…

Now couple that with finding gratitude & joy in your life on Monday. You’re working on your goals, you’re sure to have lots of good things in your life if you really think about it. Even plan something fun for Monday…

Focus on being happy now, not when…

Remember results come from consistency + gratitude + focus

I’ll leave you with one more thing. Find quiet space over the weekend. Close your eyes and visualise yourself at next weekend, having not given up, having been grateful, having gone through the week with a smile on your face. Really go into the feeling of it & then keep going back to it through the week.
