I Would, But I Don’t Have the Time…

How often have I heard this when talking to people about their wellness goals?

No time to train (you can achieve results in 20 minutes a day).

No time to eat healthily ( you can create a healthy meal in under 15 mins).

Well, what now?

The gyms might be shut, the shops may not have the usual food, but you have the time.

Stop marking excuses, because if not now, when?

Seemingly innocent and maybe even meaningless.

The lie of “no time” has robbed people of their goals, dreams, health, and even their lives over and over and over again.

Perhaps those words are doing a number on you right now.

“I would workout, but I’m so busy in lockdown now.”

“I would eat healthy, but I’m just so tired, deliveries seems like the only option.”

There are a million different versions of “I would, but…”

And we are all guilty of using this phrase… including me!

The reason I wanted to share this with you today is because now that I’ve called it out, you’re going to hear it when it comes up for you.

You won’t be able to say it and BELIEVE it anymore.

And that’s the first step toward choosing and behaving differently, in ways that are more aligned with your goals and the person you want to be.

You are being given an opportunity right now. Don’t waste it. Who or what do you want to become?

What’s been your “I would, but…” that you’re going to ignore from now on? Drop it in the comments below…
