How This One Thing Can Change Your Life

Yesterday we had the best call with the wonderful Meg Matthews (author of fab menopause book The New Hot) for an episode of our podcast.

She said lots of great things (you’ll have to give it a listen) but one thing stuck, as it’s something we say to clients (and prospective clients) all the time.

The magic happens when you start taking responsibility for yourself. When you empower yourself with the knowledge and tools to not only understand what’s going on with your body, mind and emotions, but how to work with them to get the results you want.

You do have the power to make positive change in your life, don’t talk yourself out of it.
When you let fear dictate, so that you stick to where you are now, because somehow it feels “safer” than making changes, you’re undervaluing yourself.

You cannot be comfortable and in growth, but when you choose growth amazing things can happen.

Identify one thing that’s within you power to change, that will make a positive difference to your life in the longer term, and commit to taking ownership of it.
