But in fact when you’re 40+ this is exactly what you don’t want to be doing. When you add in your never ending schedule of meetings, clients, family, deadlines, basically long days with a never ending to do list, you’re already in a stress response, you don’t want to increase it.
The reality is you are sabotaging your health and your efforts to lose weight and being the person you really want to be.
Trying to diet and increase your workouts is mentally and emotionally challenging and it’s getting you nowhere…
You’re tired all the time, you don’t sleep well.
That’s because working out more and “eating well” isn’t the answer to what is really going on.
You’ve fallen prey to your own habits, beliefs and behaviours that are keeping you stuck with where you are.
And they’re going to keep you stuck unless you address them.
