You Can’t Afford To Treat Your Health As A “To Do”

How many of you have your health down as a “When I Get Around To It” on your To Do List?

The thing is, if you don’t take care of your health, physical and mental, then at some points, it’s going to make you wish that you had, especially at midlife.

Listen, for your physical health I’m not talking gruelling routines, hours of workouts, restrictive diets… I’m talking a short regular workouts and balanced nutrition – but why should you do it?

Well, you’ll look and feel better, multiple health markers will improve (insulin sensitivity, VO2 max, heart rate, blood pressure, body fat, muscle mass, metabolic rate…)

You’ll also reduce your mortality risk, increase your resistance to illness, lower your biological age.

You’ll have more energy, be more productive, have a higher libido, increased confidence…

A healthy body will translate to more clarity and focus, increased energy, better realtionships, better job performance…

All just by taking small consistent steps. So why would you not?

Or are you going to wait for the unpleasant wake up call that forces you into drastic action?

The same goes for your psychological well-being.

Are you actively practicing moving from obstacle to opportunity thinking?

Do you have a daily gratitude practice?

Are you pro-actively working on your limiting beliefs?

If you are then you’ll be more positive, experience better life outcomes, and be more successful. Fact

If you’re not then you’ll be wondering why your life just isn’t panning out the way you want…

These things are easy to fix. So what do you want get out of 2024?

More of the same? Or something far, far better? Small consistent steps will lead to remarkable progress over time in multiple facets of your life.
