It’s flown by (well, maybe not January…with its 40 days and 40 nights!), but we have been busy bees behind the scenes. February saw….

In March we launched the waiting list for our brand new Midlife Reset Audit, which is a first of its kind diagnostic tool, highlighting where your gaps for improvement are in various areas of your life, as well as providing a personalised report, with simple action steps to take.

Many of you have signed up to the waiting list already and it should be ready to go in the next couple of weeks. No one else has a tool like this specifically for midlife health and happiness, so we’re excited to launch it and help many of you take back control and live your best midlife. 

We’ve also been booked for an exciting event in London in May for the Nutritious Minds Charity Trust with loads of top speakers and a tasty lunch, so if you fancy meeting us in person, pop along. We’ve guested on some more great podcasts…one of which was with Mike C-Roc Ciorrocco (a following of 1.6 million on IG!) on his show What Are You Made Of. You can take a listen HERE ON SPOTIFY and HERE ON ITUNES.

And we’re thrilled that we’re in the top three Midlife podcasts when you type in ‘Midlife’ on iTunes…yay!Finally, at the end of last month, we relaunched our Weekly Live Workshops inside The Midlife Mentors Community on Facebook. Every Wednesday at midday we’ll go live sharing information and tips on a physical, mental or emotional wellbeing topic that effects us midlifers.

We cover everything from, how to optimise hormones and hack your metabolism, to how to manage anxiety and low mood. You can join the group HERE and make sure you turn on notifications so you don’t miss the live.

On a personal front, we’ve been boxing in Camden, Claire’s been going to some HIIT classes to mix it up, and we’ve doing some lovely walks from our apartment around London at the weekends.

I’ve got a feeling April is going to be a great month.
