The fitness sessions themselves were fantastic. James and Claire really maximised the time to ensure we were exposed to a variety of different exercises and options that we could then take away and repeat ourselves at home. They were also very enthusiastic and great at motivating us. They really did make exercising about as fun as it can be!
Most importantly it is so evident that James and Claire are such a genuine and warm pair and their enthusiasm is highly infectious.

This immersive long weekend in a luxurious 5 star Ibiza hotel is designed for you to get the tools you need for a healthy, happy, midlife. On arrival we’ll meet as a group, chat through the weekend, your aims, and we’ll have welcome drinks. Each day we’ll mix up effective training techniques with workshops desinged to give you the tools and knowledge for success as you progress on our 8 week Midlife Method coaching programme post retreat.
On the retreat itself, as well as having access to the hotel gym and spa we’ll have healthy lunches, training sessions, coaching sessions, workshops, yoga and a final evening dinner overlooking the marina to celebrate our achievements.
We’ll be keeping the group size small to keep this intimate, and while you’ll get so much from the weekend, you’re also going to benefit from our 8 week continuing Midlife Method programme.
