Before the launch of the 8 week programme, Claire & James are running a 4 week introduction at a reduced price.

They’ll take you through their science based principles, with weekly live mentoring calls.

You’ll have access to mid life specific exercise plans and meal plans, tailored to support hormone changes – online and via an app.

At the end of the 4 weeks you’ll understand what to eat and when to eat it – without restriction. Alcohol and treats are included.

You’ll have a better relationship with food and understand how to manage your eating habits.

You’ll know how to exercise in the least amount of time and still get amazing results – at home or in the gym.

You’ll have an entire toolkit of practical ways to manage stress and build mental resiliance.

You’ll feel more energised, focussed and in control of your life.
