- Address your diet. Carbs aren’t bad, but limit them, and avoid processed carbs and sugars. Focus on lean protein with healthy fats and leafy greens/veg
- Do your HIIT or cardio fasted first thing but fuel immediately after

- Lift weights – this doesn’t have to be in gym, you can do it at home with simple equipment like bands and kettlebells
