The Power Of Exercise

Exercise saved me…

It saved me being on anti-depressants long term.

It made me feel mentally strong enough to deal with the fallout of my messy divorce.

My body became healthy and strong instead of bloated and exhausted.

I quit drinking so much.

I began to have self respect.

When my world was in total disarray – it was the one thing I could control.

And there’s something incredibly empowering about that.

And it’s why I do what I do now – with unwavering fire and passion.

I HAD to…just HAD to….show others what’s possible.

How getting the heart pumping and the muscles moving enriches your life so much more than you could ever imagine.

I’ve seen it save marriages. And help men and women leave unhappy marriages.

I’ve seen it give people the confidence to quit the unfulfilling job and start the business of their dreams.

I’ve seen it inspire people to ditch the excessive alcohol consumption and drugs.

I’ve seen it ground people into motherhood and into their own sense of self.

And over the years, I’ve had the honour to witness my own clients reduce their anti-depressant dose because of exercise.

This isn’t about body beautiful. It’s about LIFE being beautiful.

I urge you friends, if you don’t already exercise and do weights – just take the first little baby step.

That’s truly all it needs.

That and a little self belief. Get
