What’s Your Real Excuse?

I’d say the number one excuse I hear from prospective clients about why they haven’t taken charge of their health already, or that they need to wait for the right time is a riff on the “I don’t have enough time/ I’m too busy.”

Listen, we’re all busy. It’s about priorities.

– Do you want to feel energised and strong or stay in bed another half an hour?

– Do you want to fit back into your favourite jeans or dress and love what you see in the mirror or watch another episode?

– Do you want to spend some time grounding, being present and generating a positive mindset in the morning or do you want to jump on your phone and scroll?

– Do you want to feel confident, empowered, happy or do you want to just keep living your life the way you have?

Because here’s the thing…

You can fix all of the above. We all have the same time in the day, it’s about how we use it.

This is what we help our clients with so that they start the day the right way, feel great throughout and gets such positive physical and mental results .

This is what one of our clients posted this morning (along with a smiley selfie)…

“Best laid plans… 5:55am to do Big 5 and then full body work out pre day of work calls and then Child awake 5 x in the night so 10 mins hiit this morning and will do weights at some point.” We can plan, those plans can go awry, but we can adapt IF we have the right mindset, which can be learned.

So what if we could help you find that time (and you don’t need to find a lot) to start feeling great about yourself again?
