Guys Over 45, Is How You Feel About Your Body Impacting Your Life In Other Ways?

Often when I start out on the journey with the busy men I coach, they’ll tell me that although they’re outwardly successful, they often carry around beliefs linked to their physicality that undermine how they feel about themselves.

Of course this them impacts work performance, relationships and social situations.

Really common are beliefs of:

– Not being Attractive enough, or anymore

– Not being desirable enough

– Not feeling fulfilled

– Self-doubt

These feelings of inadequacy lead to behaviours that just mask the pain and lead to further problems further such as:

– Over eating

– Over exercising

– Addictions

– Over drinking

– Inability to relax

– Working excessively

The crazy thing is a lot of these limiting beliefs we carry about ourselves are inherited from our parents, yet hold us back as adults.
