Weight bearing exercise is a non negotiable at midlife.

It helps keep your metabolism firing (muscle is metabolically active), it supports bone health and helps with joints, posture and strength

3️⃣ YOU’RE GETTING THE BALANCE WRONG

You are doing the wrong training at the wrong times without adequate rest.

Something is better than nothing of course, but if you want real results, it’s best to get advice.
