All too often in life we’ll focus on our defeats and what went wrong, and rather than using them positively to inform us of what to do differently next time, we’ll use them to stop us taking action.
Well, one thing you can do to counter balance this is to celebrate your wins, no matter how small.Doing this builds your confidence, reminds your sub-sub-conscious that you are having success, and by doing this you’ll be more motivated to keep moving forward.
This week I’m celebrating guesting on a great (yet to be released) podcast, being quoted in the latest issue of Men’s Fitness talking about getting the most from life for men over 40, which ties in nicely with completing the first draft of my book on the same topic and confirmation of my delivery of a series of workshops for a huge multi-national City on men’s health this month.
