Over 45? How Well Do You Understand The Impact Of Your Hormones & Metabolism On Weight Loss?

We ran a free 4 day course on hormones and metabolism for men and women 40 plus the other week – following up with people this week they’re telling us things like:

“I dropped a dress size”

“I had to do my belt up another notch”

“I now understand my hormones and metabolism better and know why stuff wasn’t working before”

All that was from 4 days where we covered just the basics!

You see, most of us aren’t aware of the massive impact our changing hormones have on our physiology as we hit our 40s and beyond.

Nor do we really factor in that our metabolism has slowed due to combination of lifestyle factors.

So that means when we try and address the lack of energy, the spreading waist line, we get it wrong by focusing on solutions that may have worked for us in the past but aren’t now geared for what’s going on with our bodies.

The good news is we can work to support our hormones and reset our metabolism to get it firing again with a few simple lifestyle tweaks.

Once you know what you’re doing, then progress is rapid and sustainable.
