RINSE/ REPEAT

Jolted out of sleep by the alarm clock, stumbling to the shower, main lining coffee for energy, still feel awful as you sit down at your computer for the days work with a nagging feeling of deja vu…

Home late, eating whatever is there, drowning out your feelings with a drink and some Netflix to numb the mind and the emotions.

Every night telling yourself that tomorrow will be different, tomorrow you’ll make a start on that new life, that new you…

You just need to find the time, the energy…

Exhausted you fall into bed.

Sound familiar? I know so many men and women in their 40s and 50s living the same way.

I lived that life until I made the decision to change it.

I did it in my 30s but you can do it anytime. Newsflash – you’re not getting any younger, your days are getting fewer, so how do you want to spend them?

You don’t need to turn your world upside down, you don’t need to leave your current life, but you can be happier, healthier, more energised, more focused, and get more from your life.

So what’s stopping you?

Take a look in the mirror and what you see is what is holding you back.

(Side note – do you love what you see in the mirror? Topic for another day, but that REALLY matters as it dictates not only how we feel about ourselves but how we show up in the world).

The biggest obstacle we need to overcome is often ourselves.

More specifically the lifetime of beliefs, habits and behaviours we’ve accumulated by midlife, that define who we think we are.

Well, guess what? You can change all of those things. That’s what we help clients do.

It’s not as hard as you think. Small changes over time add up to huge results over time.
