Have you modelled your new self-identity and started stepping into it?
Or are you making the same mistakes you’ve always made…
– Hoping that diet works and sticks
– Punishing yourself in the gym, then taking days off to recover and seeing no change in your body.
You need to put in the internal work, to shift your limiting beliefs, to make daily choices aligned with who you want to be, not who you currently are.
