What You Prioritise Dictates What Your Future Looks Like

Here’s the problem…

You know that in your 40s and 50s you should be eating better, moving more, taking better care of yourself, because you don’t like your energy levels being on the floor, the fat around your waist, your falling self-belief

But, the oldest part of your brain, the amygdala, seeks pleasure over pain. It doesn’t forward plan, it doesn’t do “what if?” scenarios, it reacts and goes for the easy option

That “easy” option really isn’t serving you though. It’s not serving you where you are now, and it’s definitely not serving your future

You tell yourself you don’t have time to workout but you binge Netflix

You don’t like what you’re seeing in the mirror naked, but you keep making poor food choices

Getting a coach is too expensive but you’ll happily drop money on a new phone that’s redundant inside a year

What are your choices costing you?

Take a moment… How you feel now, magnify that, dial it up…

If you do nothing that’s what you can expect. Life will be “easy” but you’ll look and feel so much worse

Do you want to be in the same place even 6 months from now? 1 year from now? 5 years from now?

Or will you rise up to greatness?

“Easy” is a state of mind

It’s easy for me to go to the gym because I’ve trained myself to enjoy it

It’s easy for me to make good food choices because I’ve worked on my habits

It’s easy for me to be positive because I work on my mindset

Wouldn’t you like it to be easy for you to do the same?

This is what we coach our clients to achieve: belief change and behaviour change

It’s not “easy” but it sure makes your life easier down the line

Over to you…

Level up or get left behind…
